RETURNS POLICY

Returns Policy: 

Please note, unfortunately we cannot accept returns from other stores or online stores that stock ‘cp. the label’ as we operate as separate entities.

We offer returns and exchanges on full priced products (sale products excluded unless faulty) purchased online subject to the following conditions:

• The garment is returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Garments are in the same condition as purchased i.e. clean, tags attached, in original condition. Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted.
• No returns or exchanges accepted on sale items unless deemed faulty.
• No return or exchange on pre-order garments as they are ordered specifically  for you.  If you’re unhappy with your product due to sizing we will exchange for another size if available. You must contact us at carlapapa@carlapapa.com.au within 14 days of receiving your product. The product must also be returned in saleable condition, i.e. clean, tags attached, in original condition.
