Deliveries & Shipping

 

Delivery Timeframes:

Orders will be delivered within 7 working days after you place your order. We use DHL Parcel Post or Australia Post for delivery. Australian orders incur a flat rate shipping fee of $15, while overseas orders are charged $80.

 

Order Confirmation:

Upon placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at carlapapa@carlapapa.com.au.

 

Order Modifications:

Once your order is placed, changes, redirections, or cancellations cannot be accommodated. However, our returns process is available. If you've made an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately. Carla Papa accepts no responsibility for incorrect details once orders have been shipped.

 

Tracking Your Parcel:

Once your parcel is dispatched, a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel by clicking on the link provided in the email.

 

Signature Requirement:

All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended, and provide a business address where possible, or an address where someone will be available to sign for the delivery between 9 AM and 5 PM. Please note we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
