Carla Papa will not sell or provide your information to third parties without your permission. This includes companies involved in processing your purchases, such as payment service providers, warehouses, order packers, and delivery companies.

 

Marketing Messages:

Carla Papa may send you messages via email or SMS to keep you updated on our activities and to help you discover relevant products. You will only receive these messages if you have opted in. You can opt-out of these marketing messages from Carla Papa by adjusting your settings (unsubscribe or texting ‘STOP’).

 

Returns:

We do not offer exchange credit or refunds. However, we offer a credit note under the following conditions:

- The item does not fit you

- You are not satisfied with the quality

- You have simply changed your mind

 

The item must be:

- Unworn and in its original condition with all tags attached

- Returned with a receipt and proof of purchase

- Returned within 14 days from the purchase date

 

A credit note will be provided, which can be used to purchase a replacement. The credit note will expire within 2 months of the return of your goods. All return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer unless the item is faulty.
